Michael S. Foelster, Partner

Michael S. Foelster represents clients in loan transactions, commercial and residential real estate transactions and related real estate contracts.
Mr. Foelster represents financial institutions and private clients in secured transactions collateralized by commercial real estate, condominium and hotel buildings, domestic and foreign inventory, domestic and foreign accounts receivable, lien rights, residential real estate and vessels. He also provides general counsel representation for the firm’s corporate clients.
Mr. Foelster was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 2006 after receiving a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2003.

ROBERT M. HOLLANDER, PRINCIPAL

Robert M. Hollander provides legal services to the firm’s Financial Services clients. He routinely assists national banks by drafting and negotiating loan documents and closing community association and commercial loans.
Mr. Hollander was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001 after receiving his juris doctor from Nova Southeastern University Law School. He graduated from Brooklyn College (CUNY) in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
